We want your experience of the Mountain Journeys Shop to be a positive one. If what you received from us through an online order is not what you expected or does not fit, please let us know via email or a phone call. We will be happy to refund or exchange depending on what you decide.

Items must be sent back to us unworn, neatly packaged, with original tags attached, within 14 days. We cannot be responsible for returns that go missing, so we recommend track and trace shipping. The cost of shipping the item back to us is non-refundable, unless the mistake is ours. If you are exchanging, you will not be charged for shipping of the second item.
